about

This release was a long time coming. My musical influences are vast but I tried focusing on a few. The Ozric Tentacles are a psychedelic rock group that use synthesizers a great deal. The famous Berlin School of electronic music was dominated for decades by Tangerine Dream.

I grew away from sequenced music after discovering the more atmospheric soundscapes of Steve Roach. I have spent decades immersed in that genre. This release is a return of sorts to my ancient history with sequenced electronic music. Yes, there is a great deal of that herein but there is new ambient music found here as well.

I have some surprises on this release. I returned to vocals on one track after having not released any since 2012.

Much of this release was a learning experience with many surprises as I created each piece.

I hope you find something interesting and discover some new sonic territory.
