Azazel at Mt Hermon

about

I will never tire of creating inner worlds via synthesizers nor thinking of ancient history and the Judaeo-Christian writings. This one was done 100% on AudioKit Synth One synth app for iPad.

Azazel, in Jewish legends, a demon or evil spirit to whom, in the ancient rite of Yom Kippur (Day of Atonement), a scapegoat was sent bearing the sins of the Jewish people. Two male goats were chosen for the ritual, one designated by lots “for the Lord,” the other “for Azazel” (Leviticus 16:8). During the late Second Temple period, Azazel came to be viewed as a fallen angel responsible for introducing humans to forbidden knowledge, as described in the Book of Enoch. His role as a fallen angel partly remains in Christian and Islamic traditions.

AI IMAGERY AND AUDIO HERE: youtu.be/bzkEasbaza8

(You may notice the small "noises" of a clicking or a small pop-static sound in some random spots. This was the inevitable result of my pushing frequencies in the lower ranges to the max. It is the artifact of experimental electronic audio manipulation. The app and my iPad just couldn't handle it. I left such in -- as it was all a live performance with its little "warts". I hope they are not too distracting when listening with headphones or earbuds.)
